Fix i18n warnings (again) in Hugo v0.83.1: #151

Hugo v0.83.1 reverted things changed in v0.83, so #147 is a non-solution now.

I've changed i18n files to use the simple/old translation formalism which hopefully stays the recommended way to define translations without pluralization rules in Hugo
