Make homepage as widgets #83

Making the home page as widgets just like the sidebar Removing the enable from the data as we just need the allowed sections array in config

I appreciate your work, but I don't think this is user friendly, widgets in the sidebar are ok, but on the homepage, those are not widgets, those are sections. and it's more userfriendly to use enable = true/false with the section content.
