I believe your classname is missing a letter ^^ (hybrid-core\inc\class-template-hierarchy.php)

That's a bit more than a typo. Not sure how that's been missed all this time. :)

Should probably leave this for back-compat in the 4.0 branch. The 5.0 branch uses namespaces, and this has been addressed.
