Merge grpc to continue work from master #43

Following requests to merge this mess into master and work on issues from new branches.

The changes from this branch are focused on the GameServer.

In summary:

Update to Net 8
Silence/fix Stylecop warnings
Get and update character data from RIN.WebAPI using gRPC with RIN.InternalAPI
Load data from StaticDB using FauFau
Update to latest AeroMessages
EntityManager to scope in/out entities of various types
Relay movement of remote players
Load warpaints
Add basics for simulating abilities
Allow swapping battleframes
Add zone chat
Add admin commands
Basic inventory management (without persistence)
