If the plugin was tested in other themes and it works but not in almondb....

Doesn't work in other themes. Plugin works incorrectly in moodle 4.0. https://github.com/mdjnelson/moodle-mod_customcert/issues/513
While using Moodle 4.0, Almondb theme, and Custom Cert plugin; I make a custom cert, When I click on "Reposition Elements" after importing an image, everything shifts on the Y axis upward and out of the frame covering the Save, Continue, and Cancel buttons. I put this here because If I change the theme to Classic, I can make any changes without errors then revert back to Almondb theme for use.
