How to insert Block plugin on Frontpage? #11

Trying to use plugin Configurable Report plugin to get 'site reports' (instead of only course reports). I can add a block to a course but can not figure out how to add a block to the FrontPage. I see how to access and customize all the blocks within the Almondb Theme but do not see where to add a block plugin to the front page. See their webpage; https://moodle.org/plugins/block_configurable_reports "On the other hand, for site reports, add the block in the frontpage and click in the "Manage reports" link.". Using Almondb theme on Moodle 4.0.

After another few hours I found that on the Almondb theme this plugin goes on the Dashboard, I enabled it via Site Administration/Appearance/Navigation, Enable Dashboard.
