hard-coded role shortnames #6

Many sites will change the name of their roles - or use different roles completely - you should be checking capabilities, not roles.

hard-coded use of role shortnames is a blocker for plugins db approval.

I still see at least one instance of the "student" role shortname being hard-coded in the lib/frontpage_block.php file.
