time picker feature improvement #832

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am creating a reminder where I have an option to add a date and time for a reminder so I got a date picker but what about a time picker I found a lot of designs that are not good so can you please also create a time picker for our future developers. thank you.

Describe alternatives you've considered or add a time picker below the date picker named date time picker. like the below screenshot with a flow bite form theme. screenshot image
