Integrate wp-svbtle with wp-svbtle-editor-plugin #132

I made wp-svbtle-editor-plugin open source: https://github.com/themeskult/wp-svbtle-editor-plugin

We should add a new folder called inc/ and integrate via submodules to work together both things. And remove /wp-svbtle
