🛠️fix: Tutor price type redesign and Fixed several issues

Redesign:

• Price category redesign
• Subscription API updated

Fixed Issues:

• Enrolment expiration and Q/A is showing, even after disabling it
• Users are unable to create a course without setting a discounted price.
• A blank white space is showing in course pre-requisite
• Video playback time is not generating in lesson
• Topic Summary shouldn't be required
