Fixes "Enable OnePager" that wasn't working (#116)
Fixes the detection of a "OnePager" template (#116)
Sidebar width changed to 300px (23% before)
Fixes the FontAwesome dependency to use 4.7, not the new 5.0 (which was breaking the icon picker)
WP 4.5 compatibility
Added .woff2 font files
