This MR merges the 3.2.0 tag of the official openhab-addons repo to the openhab-3.2-broadlink-binding branch.
In addition it fixes the pom.xml of the broadlink binding to be able to compile it.
@themillhousegroup I tested this version on my OH 3.2 installation, and it works like a charm.
You can test with the attached file. Just remove the .zip extension.
