Suggested fix for visual artifact in VLC #1

Hi,

Applied this tweak to my produced themes to fix an unsightly grey box around the VLC open file / folder button.

in your PR you're just removing the style for a focused element: https://travis-ci.org/actionless/oomox-gtk-theme/builds/273505112#L1329

however dotted style is incorrect too, so i've chosen style which looks the closer to GTK+3 theme variant
