Support for Cinnamon 4.0 grouped-window-list applet
Support for Cinnamon 4.0 stock menu
Support for Cinnamon 4.0 changes to workspace and window overview
Bugfix workspace switcher on vertical panels.
Rework some panel styling to maintain pre Cinnamon-4 compatibility and look in Cinnamon versions 3.2 to 3.8 whilst looking good in Cinnamon 4.0
