Currently there's no way to import/export dictionaries, so a new user of Yomitan would need to go rediscover all the sources of dictionaries they had, redownload, and reimport them. This could easily take 30mins or more for someone with a lot of dictionaries, considering import times.
For greater adoption we will need to have a smoother experience where someone can do a single task to just transfer everything.
