I have many profiles that are basically the same as another base profile, but have an exception to some setting for a specific website or use case. Some of the come and go, and others stay around for extended periods of time. For the ones that stay relevant longer, it would be useful to have the options linked to the base profile so that they don't drift too far apart.

Not sure if the changes discussed in https://www.github.com/FooSoft/yomichan/issues/335 would be needed.

I thought about this while initially implementing and decided to not do it because of the added complexity, particularly in how the settings page would need to be handled. I plan on working on UI improvements to the settings page soon, so I'll try to factor this in while working on it.
