Hovering over selected issue in table changes background color to 'not selected'

If you normally hover over an item in a list (like Issues) it turns light yellow. If you then select it it turns dark blue, as expected. But in contrary to the original theme, when you hover over a selected item it changes the color to the light yellow, so it doesn't look selected anymore.
