Should be able to choose a layout for the campaign and also choose template. Template can have different layout settings.

Layout and template will be coded in HTML, so it's rather a documentation issues.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] There is a documentation on how to style and template a new campaign, so it's not conflicting with other ones
