Goals:

Be truthful to original data -> keep fuzzines
Have cleaned structured data that can be analyzed
Keep the record of the cleanup process (how original data was transformed)

It could be implementable as a separate subtask that ask volunteers to input values in a structured manner as opposed to free-text for original data.

Use cases are still unclear to me. Do project owners want to structure fuzzy answers after the process of verification? Or do they want to offer from a beginning a way to input fuzzy or structured answer?
