Posts with embedded polls #332

I think it would be useful to have posts that contain some text followed by a poll with a results chart. It would also be neat if there were a page somewhere that aggregates all polls in one place, but that's a bigger project.

I definitely want this, but it'll take some coding to get it going and I don't think it's critical. Tossing it in a low queue :)
