Don't display num_votes in the UI #21

Alright, good news - looks good! This is an excellent implementation of what I came up with.

The bad news is that I think my original proposal was kind of crummy. Doesn't work well with the site.

The other good news, though, is that this is definitely necessary for a minimum-viable-prototype, I don't want to go about implementing something big and new right now, and y'know what, let's just do this. Three cheers for MVP!
