Support for new Elementor features #113

There are some new Elementor features that I think we should support since they're now a part of the core plugin. Here's the blog post introducing them: https://elementor.com/v140-blank-page/

Page Settings a) Whole page styling b) Publish page from Elementor c) Choose page template d) Hide page title e) Edit page title
Maintenance mode

@teaganm - Looking good. Just need to get two more working.

[x] Whole Page styling - (remove bg color on .inner-container and test)
[x] Whole Page styling - (need to apply off-white bc color to body in css)
[x] Whole Page styling - (need to test on boxed mode)

I updated the CSS and tested - all the whole page styling stuff is looking good to me.
