Hide header tab in editor mode. #120

We need to add a hide / show tab in the editor when using elementor. The control buttons for the section below the header are overlapping and that makes them unusable.

@teaganm can you provide css for the hide / show?

Hide navigation has been added and working. Just need some better styling. css / markup in themovation-so-widgets-bundle/css/th-preview.css and themovation-so-widgets-bundle/js/th-preview.js
