Portfolio as Course Guide #64

Implemented #60. Please check and let me know if everything is fine.

Looks good. Just the permalink needs to be update to /course vs /portfolio and then the meta box / custom fields ref: https://github.com/ryanlabelle/themovation-so-widgets-bundle/issues/61
