New Widget | Tab #69

We are using Bootstrap tabs already in existing themes but we would like to bring this forward into a widget. Can you please create a widget similar to Accordion but with these values?

Widget Name: "Tabs"

"Tab" (repeating fields)

Title

Content

Checkbox | On page load, make this item active.
