New callback: on_hit #20

Hi, it wouldlbe awesome to have a Callback on where a shot has hit (be it on npc, mutant or environment). This would greatly help many scripts, for example my ammunition script, so that I could place explosive and other effects on the hit (and not on curser as I do it now)
