Update iOS MapHandler.OnSnapshot for iOS 17 #37

The existing snapshot code does not work correctly on iOS 17+ (returns blank image with Google tag). Convert MapHandler.OnSnapshot code to capture map image and avoiding unsupported UIGraphics methods.
