Quicky Readme tweaks #126

Hey, I've been diving into some of your libs (the event-store annnnd node-cqrs-domain) and I think they're great.

Here's some quick README.md tweaks that I thought helped with legibility - colors might make this more approachable bla bla.

Also - thanks for putting in the effort on these projects, they've been a great guide while learning event-sourcing in the context of Node.

Dunno how tweaking the README might've caused this. Non-deterministic test maybe?
