Add a message option when sending coins #613

Send Coins modal

[ ] Include input for Memo in the Send Coins modal. Include it right under the input for adding your friend.
[ ] Input size will be the same as the account dropdown.
[ ] If user has an extremely long message, include the ability to scroll inside the input and for now, just leave the input size as is (Going to be introducing a better pattern in beta, so no need to perfect right now).
[ ] Memo will be a requirement.

Transaction table

[ ] Include the Memo in both the sender and receivers transaction history
[ ] Memo will be placed right next to the Amount
[ ] Use same logic for now in terms of max width of columns and truncate with ellipses. If user selects the dropdown, they can see full details of the memo.
