No method to change root account file of validators for development
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use the Docker guide in the README to setup a dev network. If we want to test transactions there is no way to send or receive money because we cannot edit or change the initial root account file of validators.
Expected behavior
There should be a way to edit or change the initial root account file of validators. simply and easily.
Actual behavior
There isn't a way to edit or change the initial root account file of validators.
