@hydra91 updated that gdoc above. I also copy it here:

Account Lock Unique value used to ensure that the same request is not processed more than once
Account Number Account Number Identifier of an account
Account State Attributes of the account that can change over time, such as the account balance
Block A description of a change to one or more objects in the network
Blockchain List of blocks ordered chronologically
Budget Budget Shared account managed by the government that requires a multisig to access
Coin Locking The locking of coins in exchange for points and the ability to boost a node
Coin Transfer Transfer of coins between accounts
Confirmation A block signed by a validator as indication that the block has been added to their blockchain
Confirmation Validator (CV) Validator that will receive blocks from the PV, validate those results, and if valid add that block to their blockchain

Governor Application A process that enables a user to become eligible for governor
Governor Voting A process through which a registered user endorses an individual who runs for governor
Locked Coins Coins that are frozen for a set amount of time to prevent them from being withdrawn
Network Day One network day is the time unit used in the network, equal to 1,000 blocks (average number of confirmation blocks per day). The network does not use human time as a reliable form of time measurement, so time is measured in confirmation blocks.
Node Network server that has several responsibilities, such as checking that requests conform to network protocol and routing blocks
Node Boosting Voting for a node to be included in the validator schedule
Node Registration Node’s enrollment onto the network
Primary Validator (PV) Validator that accepts requests from other nodes; after successful validation of each request, it creates a new block which is first added to it's own blockchain and then forwarded to the confirmation validators
Points An amount of refillable units that are awarded in exchange for locking coins

Treasury Board Highest voted members of government who mint new coins
