How would you describe your project?

A peer interview platform (might be a discord group or channel) where users can perform peer review, where the interviewer gets paid TNBC in exchange for providing interviews to the other party.

In a discord group/channel,

users can register as an interviewer, providing their credentials, LinkedIn profile, and hourly rate.
- Example command: >register interviewer (register as interviewer, with inputs of expertise, hourly rate, linkedIn profile and account number)
users can schedule a meeting with the interviewer, with their available duration, amount to pay for the duration.
- Example command: >schedule @jamessspanggg --date 21st July 2021 --time 16:00-17:00 PST --offer 1000, which will generate a hash, i.e. dskdfnsdjks
- Only the interviewer can choose to accept the meeting, via >accept dskdfnsdjks. If someone else tries to accept it, nothing will occur
- After accepting the meeting, the TNBC amount will be automatically transferred from the user to the interviewer. A google meets meeting will be automatically created with the duration specified, and the link will be sent to both users.

What problem does it solve?

People who are trying to find internships or full-time jobs may be technically competent, but when it comes to interviews, they might be in-experienced or have problems communicating in such a scenario.

This project provides an opportunity for them, since our community consists of people from a lot of different industries, expert in their own areas :)

Who is the target market?

University students trying to find internships/full-time job. Or just people who are in search of jobs in general.

What do you think is the opportunity of this project?

For users as interviewers:

Earn TNBC
Gain interview experience, which is useful for senior positions
Gain more connection, perhaps can find and refer new hires to their existing companies

For users as interviewees:

Use TNBC for a valuable experience
Learn how to perform while being in interviews, especially from people who are experienced

How does it integrate with thenewboston digital currency work?

Transactions are done via TNBC.

Are there any competitors?

Nope.

What are your goals and objectives?

Just to get more people to transact via TNBC, while getting more experts from different areas to join our discord server, since they can make use of their expertise to earn TNBC.

Getting people to nail their interviews :)
