Milestone 1

Please include a detailed breakdown of the First Milestone including a list of all quantifiable objectives. Upon completion of the First Milestone, each objective will be reviewed by thenewboston team and once all objectives have been verified as completed, amount of coins will be negotiated.

Note that all future detailed milestone breakdowns will be written as a separate GitHub issue. Only the first milestone which is for First Milestone is included in this project proposal.

Love this - though i'd recommend having a Rust dev as an auditor

(handling memory is a major pillar in Rust and this shouldn't be overlooked).

Perhaps getting someone on fiverr or freelancer to peer review might be an aspect of the peer-review process.
