Milestone Description

Setup a server node (base layer) for making network calls
Implement a Wallet Client for user interactions with the chain
Add the methods needed to send transactions on the network

#	Objective	How can auditors verify milestones?
1	Send Transactions	Import package and use it to send transactions to an account on the mainnet or testnet
2	Retrieve network transactions	Import package, call methods and verify the results on the network
3	Retrieve Account Balance	Import package, call methods and verify the results on the network
