Judging by the logs, everything looks okay. You say they appear in Homebridge; I assume that means they show up in the "Accessories" view? The only thing I can suggest is that new accessories appear in the same room (in the Home app) as the bridge itself. You might also try removing them from the Lutron app, then deleting them from the Homebridge via the "Remove Single Cached Accessory" option in the settings view, and setting them up again. Unfortunately, if Homebridge knows they're there, I don't have any guesses about why Home can't see them.
Yeah, this has been baffling me all day as well. Okay, I will delete the Picos from everything and start from scratch. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin multiple times today without success. I am pretty certain I will get this working at some point.
Cheers,
Don

Hi again Brandon,
Guess I could not quite let this go yet. Turns out that this is indeed a beta thing so perhaps something for you to look at prior to release of the new OS for both Mac, iPhone, and iPad. I looked at the Home app on my wife’s M1 MacBook Air which is not running the betas and all the Picos were there. I programmed one to trigger a quick automation and it worked. So, I will use her computer to set all these things up as this gets worked out. So, consider me your beta tester for the time being!
Cheers,
Don

Glad you got it sorted, and thank you for the report! I’ll definitely be looking out for iOS 16 issues.
Hi Brandon,
Well, I have done what you suggested and it did not work. Really wondering if this is a beta thing since I am running the both the iOS and MacOS betas. Am having zero other problems with Homekit, but perhaps that is what is going on here. Do you know of anyone else running the betas that has this plugin working well? Regardless, time for me to go to bed. I will be back at this tomorrow morning as I am determined to solve this problem. Thanks for your quick response!
Cheers,
Don

I suspect it is indeed a beta issue. I’m running iOS 16 with no issues.
Describe Your Problem: I have added two Pico remotes to the Lutron app which show up in Homebridge just fine. However, they do not get added to the Home app on any of my devices. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, repeatedly restarting the Homebridge UI, etc. I am sure this is something simple that I am missing.
