keyboard display releases notes which are being played #199

steps to repro:

  1. hold a chord
  2. hold sustain pedal
  3. play the same chord
  4. release sustain.

you're still holding the chord, but the keyboard display will remove them.

I have also noticed it's possible sometimes rarely that a note gets "stuck on" the keyboard display.
