Move "you" section to a more conventional place #203

The "you" area in the left panel is annoying:

it's not intuitive why it's placed there
most of the time it's best to hide it
it's still got the "prototype smell" with illogical way of selecting midi device etc.

Proposal to:

move it to the top row, like many other sites, as a menu-style dropdown.
make midi device an exclusive selection for simplicity
