E492: Not an editor command: flutter.outline #19

No flutter commands except CocList flutterDevices and flutterEmulators after a fresh installation.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Manjaro Linux x86_64
Vim or Neovim: both
(Neo)vim version: NVIM v0.5.1
Build: release
Vim version: 8.2

Output channel:

Set "flutter.trace.server": "verbose"
Reproduce the issue
:CocList output open output list and select flutter No flutter commands are found, so, how am I supposed to do the 1st action? :/
