Thanks for this great driver.

Unfortunately i can't add new application to change pen right click or middle click function. System Preferences - Wacom Tablet - Application (+) sign is not active at all. If i press it i get pressure measure is active but nothing happens. Normally on Big Sur i was able to add my other apps.

If i press TAB key one time before adding, it backs to normal!

I have the exact same tablet (Intuos 3 PTZ-431W) and OS (Monterey 12.4) and confirm the issue.

Pressing the TAB key also allows to bypass the issue described above, and other related issues, like no dialog is opening when clicking "About", "Options...", etc.

It looks like the dialogs are prevented to open when the focus is on the search input on top.

PTZ-431W could be listed in the list of supported tablets I think.
