Show change from current stats when doing ?iteminfo #6

Show the +/- an item would do compared to installed option in the output of ?iteminfo.

Would have to handle the case when something is already installed and this to add the item being looked up you must first remove the already installed item making the values different.

If it's possible without making iteminfo display too much information at once, making it messy, sure.

Replacing the absolute values by relative ones, however, I don't think would be wise.
