Extract proportions instead of raw numbers #118

Problems:-

  1. database incomplete with regards to proportions
  2. even if it was complete, would be different for the different Bayesian filters that exclude patients from studies that preselected patients based on prior knowledge of the EZ,

benefits:

  1. allows confidence interval calculation and application of weightings
  2. may also help mitigate publication biases
