Check concordance ground truth data entries for consistency during filtering #156

e.g. use of SPECT or PET ONLY if these are the only concordant modalities with neurophysioloyg.

Concretely: some entries have MRI and SPECT concordance with EEG. These should have a y under concordance and not SPECT or anything with the word SPECT - otherwise the default is to filter these out.
