mismatch of names between localisation columns and mapping sheets both within and across beta version of database, Semio2Brain Database and dummy_data

"Ant cing" needs to be corrected to "Ant Cing (frontal, genu)" across all
HIPPOCAMPUS

[x] need to update localisation columns names - this is defined in the all_localisations module which uses the col letters in excel R:DP which is correct.

in the group_columns module anatomical_regions is defined by column names which are shared with the above all_localisations - so no manual work needs doing.

'Sub-Callosal Cortex' is another region, returned when running Head or Body Turn - has no mapping!

Tonic query reveals 'Cingulum WM' has no mapping.
