Missing Lateralisation Values in Database #199

Open thenineteen opened 3 years ago

I've written a test showing all the entries where the values for "IL" "CL" "DomH" "NonDomH" etc don't match the "Lateralising" value entered onto the Datbase. This has produced this file to open as spreadsheet:

https://github.com/thenineteen/Semiology-Visualisation-Tool/blob/Database-corrections/resources/Database_test_missing_lat_output/test2_generated_UnmatchedSum_values.csv

i.e. the actual lateralising value has been missed out for these entries.

@neurokleos please can you write the correct numbers here? please don't update the actual database itself - rather you can update the above spreadsheet or copy paste it and post it here?

once this is done, I will then merge the pull #Database-corrections which has the relevant test which currently fails

If we did not populate the lateralisation section is probably because this was not specified at all. Anyway, I will re-check those papers just to be sure that we did not miss anything...
