Remove unused files #202

This is to remove some files that would not be useful for a user downloading the repository. Debugging scripts should be kept locally, not added to the VCS.

I suspect some of the Excel files could be deleted too. They won't disappear, anyway. Everything is stored in the repository history, which lives on GitHub and in the .git folder.
