Prof McGonigal suggested we should have an option to manually reduce the weights of multiple semiologies
e.g. we click vestibular and determine its laterality as "other" and the default weight is 1.0
we click dialeptic/LOA (there is no laterality) and we manually change the default weight to 0.5 because this occurs in only 50% of the patient's seizures and/or it is not the initial semiology
The defaults for each semiology would be 1.0 and this would give the current results unless manually changed.
The manual weight could be a drop down menu next to lateralities (i.e. "Left", "Right", "Other", then "Weight") comprising 0.1 increments [0.1,1.0]. Alternatively, it could be a free text where we enter the number (but then would have to give an error if <0 or >1 or strings are entered)
