Bayesian estimations take a long time without cached results #220

investigate either:

  1. caching all the possibilities
  2. only calculating posteriors in real time for the chosen semiologies

in fact this uses preset settings to use the cache data from 1.

Average Bayesian: takes the mean of SS and Bayes-rule-on-TS-data
