Scaffold sequence not shown when loading file with saved sequence #23

Tested in main When saving a ensnano file with a set sequence, the sequence (and its starting position) is saved inside the .ens file, but when loading the file back into ensnano and clicking Show sequences, the sequence isn't shown.
