I just tried with the last version of Wox and it's still working. You just need to paste your TOTP seed in wox to generate the one time password. OTP seed are generally 32 chars long and the seed need to be more than 16 chars long to work.

And by the way I'm not updating this project anymore, I prefer to use KeePass with a TOTP plugin.
