This update adds a control panel, project specific properties, build configs (closes #6), and changes how Constructor interacts with Igor, making it much more flexible going forward - including to compile for other platforms and devices, for example.
Control Panel
The control panel gives you quick access to anything you might need or use from the IDE for building:
Shows all errors/problems with your configuration in the UI, and provides (hopefully) helpful messages on how to fix them
Allows configuring both global and project-specific setup from the same place

Runtimes <=2022.x, and >=2022.2[xx] are now filtered out of the options. The former of these is due to #5, which I haven't been able to test properly yet, and the latter is because of the project format changes, which GMEdit does not yet support.
